Presbyterian Homes Ten Twenty Grove Community Now Renting

View of the inside of Presbyterian Homes.EVANSTON (March 17, 2015)—Presbyterian Homes is now offering its Ten Twenty Grove independent senior living community in downtown Evanston as a rental property. The nine-story apartment building at Oak and Grove Street offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments with full kitchens starting at $1900 a month, including utilities and basic cable.

"Many older adults are looking for flexibility and a lower cost of entry to senior living," says Robert A. Werdan, vice president of marketing and public relations at Presbyterian Homes. "We offer many entrance fee contracts in our portfolio and wanted to offer a rental option as well."

Ten Twenty Grove apartments feature weekly housekeeping, reserved parking, laundry, storage, interior and exterior grounds keeping, and 24-hour security and emergency call system. Residents can contact a wellness nurse 24/7 and participate in wellness and exercise programs.

Other amenities include dining nearby at The Highlands at King Home and Westminster Place and use of the Kimble Fitness Center and warm-water pool at the Westminster Place campus.

Ten Twenty Grove residents are given priority access to a full continuum of care including assisted living, skilled nursing care, rehabilitation and memory care at Westminster Place, 3200 Grant Street in Evanston.
