(Photo attached; caption below.) The event was attended by local dignitaries, as well as members of the organization’s own Board of Directors, C-suite and upper-level management, along with Chalmers Court residents. “Many older adults want the feeling of living in their own house, but also want to free themselves of home maintenance and upkeep,” said Paisley Valentincic, Director of Marketing, Lake Forest Place. “There has been such interest in the cottages because it provides the best of both worlds, including access to all of the services, amenities and full continuum of care that Lake Forest Place offers residents.” The available Chalmers Court cottages have two-bedrooms, plus a den. They are approximately 2,300 square feet, with the option to double living space by finishing the lower level.
