Presbyterian Homes Community Breaks Ground on 90 New Assisted Living Units and Chapel/Fellowship Hall
Arlington Heights, Ill. – June 6, 2016 – On Friday June 3, The Moorings of Arlington Heights, the Presbyterian Homes community, broke ground on a $70M expansion project that will include construction of a new chapel/fellowship hall and 70 additional assisted living apartments, scheduled to be completed by the end of 2017, and 20 new assisted living / memory support apartments, which are slated for completion the following year.
The senior living community celebrated this expansion project with a groundbreaking ceremony and reception today. (Photo attached; caption below.) The event was attended by many state and local dignitaries, as well as the organization’s own Board of Directors, C-suite and upper-level management, and the community’s residents and staff.
